I think theres too much rubbish talked about healing crisises. Not everything is a healing crisis. We all go through ups and downs but if you are getting better you should have more ups and be improving in general.
You may be taking too much Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for you, you may need to try something else
you may need to accept that it may take time and that you may only be able to reduce the problems you have.
I don't think the mercury fillings necessarily need to come out at least not all at once as this could be worse. I have several remaining and it hasnt prevented
me benefitting from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , also I take extra vitamins and minerals to help counter the mercury toxicity. I have a couple less large fillings than I did a few years ago
and I think they were partly the cause for my health problems since I had so many fillings as a teenager. Fortunately I have an NHS dentist who will place white fillings on the NHS due to my colitis but so far has only replaced those that caused pain.
I have found that I only got worse when I got frustrated with slow improvement or no improvement. This frustration can make you give up and stop doing what untimately may benefit and can also affect your health. I went through some bad times but they were often due to the stress I put on myself and lack of faith in what I was doing. I think you have to learn as much as you can to gain faith in whatever treatment you use and if you are getting worse on the whole you need to reassess what you are doing and change it
