Your probably taking too much Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Reduce to a comfortable level.


I have replaced all my amalgams. It was no big deal except for the bottom molars that you usually have to get replaced with crowns. If you can't afford it just get a few done at a time. If nothing more my teeth look way better.


Look into Iodine supplementation. It has really helped get rid of the last of my problems. Similar to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement but much easier to live with and everyone is deficient.
