Re: Need Advice / Opinions! Embarking on Candida Treatment...
Look at the Ask Humaworm forum. I have had Candida for about 13 years (unlucky for me!). In the beginning I religiously followed the diet and took some anti-fungals. In my opinion (only my opinion in terms of what helped me) this is not the path to go if you want real success and the Candida overgrowth under control for good. I think you have to take a totally holistic approach starting with the reason why the Candida got out of control in the first place. Did you take anti-biotics, eat a poor diet, have
Amalgam fillings, use the contraceptive pill etc, or a combination of these? I was a mixture of a few, mostly anti-biotics and a very poor diet high in
Sugar and low in fibre and I drank almost no water.
I recently did a
Colon Cleanse and the Humaworm
parasite cleanse and just did my first liver flush. It is definately not fun and games by any means but it is working big time for me - I don't think the way to treat Candida is to take a lot of different supplements and worry about everything you put in your mouth. I think you just have to take a common sense approach - take it easy with the processed food and sugary snacks and try and eat more fruit and veg and drink a lot of water in addition to cleansing your insides starting with the colon. Then parasite, kidney and liver. You should see am enormous difference if you do this and your body will get back into balance so you don't have to take many of any supplements at all. If you search Candida on Ask Humaworm you will get a lot of good advice.
Good luck.
