Your far from alone I've done all that and spent a great deal of money too,
not without some benefit but in some cases none at all. So much for the placebo effect. The energy healer types if you can find a good one who doesn't rip you off
are well worth a try but I think what they charge isnt always related to how good they are so you need to go on reputation.
