That you are still eliminating solid waste during the Lemonade Diet ...no psyllium and bentonite, I assume...is a reflection of how congested your bowel has been. You may be expelling some pieces of mucoid plaque, but The Master Cleanse alone will not thoroughly clear it out. No need to flush until you're 'clear'...the toxins released during the Master-Cleanse would color the eliminations anyway.
