Yikes!...$50 for a small jar of psyllium...but you're in Japan, right? Can't you order what you need online for less? Or have someone send it to you? Now that's some pretty strong incentive to stay on a really clean diet! You can use the psyllium by itself with some benefit...but you probably won't pass any mucoid plaque. You really need the Bentonite with it to loosen the old gunk.
