Thank you PTree. I wanted to do P and B but the only B I could find was in the hardware store. I did find P ($50 for a small jar!!!), could I use it by itself either on my cleanse or after it?

And yep, day five with the chunkies (yuck). But I feel great: my skin's aglow, I've got loads of energy, and I feel like a cherubs atop a fountain -- way too much water ;) Tweet
