Thanks for the help and advice guys. I have read a lot of information before, and this is my second go at a fast. The first time I went for exactly 24 hours when I gave up.
But yeah I am mainly doing this to lose weight, but I understand the health aspect and what I'll have to do once I have finished the fast. I usually go to the gym but after a while I get discouraged because it seems like I'm not really losing weight even though Im eating healthy. So I'm hoping that after this fast I will be able to go to the gym with a whole new body and spirit.
