Day 10

I got out of bed feeling the best I've felt in months today!

Yesterday, I was up on a ladder cleaning a storm window on the outside of the house.  I cut a 20' branch off a sweet olive tree that was against my wood and shingles of the roof.  I tackled this 19x19' floor with a broom rather than the vacuum cleaner.

My BMs this morning, 3 of them, were of good color, the orange is GONE, it had the moisture that a good BM has and was fast exit, no sitting there counting the flowers on the wallpaper!

I'm still only doing the liver and anti-infection tonics.  I was suppose to receive aloe that's never gotten here.

I haven't talked to Charlie since he got back from his sabatical!
