Im on day 9 and have had HORRIBLE food cravings. The weird thing is when I eat the foods I crave, I feel satiated and good. LIke I had a hamburger last night and oh my gosh is was so good !! And I dont like bread or meat !! Then today despite the red meat, i had the best bm since I started the tonic. How strange is that? But Charlie said the cravings will come and go so just eat what you crave and the next couple days it will change. I have found this to be true.
