Personally, I never had any problems doing a Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse at the same time, so you probably won't either. The main thing is just listen to your body. It will tell you if everything is agreeing! The cloves in the parasite cleanse attract the parasites to come out of hiding. Then the Wormwood and Black-Walnut go to work. Be sure and check out the images of parasites on this website so you will know what you are looking for. You may or may not see them---sometimes they may be in your stool. The important thing is to get them out. They are BAD BOYS!

Now the Colon Cleanse you will find most interesting. There again, be very aware and know what you are looking for. Depending on how clean or unclean your colon is will determine how long you should continue your colon cleanse. Read about the different enemas on this website and try those, too. They are very healing. If you can afford colonics, go for it!!

Anyone who can fast during this time of year has my blessings! I know I can't. I counted eight more parties I have to attend, so fasting is NOT an option for me. But, if you can, I will admire you even more!
