I am starting my B&S shakes today. (suffering long term abdominal cramping, bad gas, constipation, brain fog, nausia etc etc) I will start with one tonight and then continue with two per day until I am comfortable with it and having no problems. I have just ordered the Clarkia parasite Tincture from the Dr Clarkia site, and hope to have this within the next week. I'm excited! I have wanted it for months but never had the money... so until now... I can't wait.
I have read somewhere on the site that it is okay to take them at the same time. Now, I just want to make sure you guys agree. Does the clay not soak up the parasite herb? and is 5 days head start on the clay enough? I want to complete the whole 8 weeks of the parasite cleansing and then finish with a liver cleanse.
I know a lot of you fast. Is it better to fast whilst doing this? and if so how? I just can't see myself doing a fast over the chrissy period.. with all the gatherings etc..

p.s. oh and how much is 8oz of water? anyone out there work in mls?

oh and one last thing... I bought digestive enzymes on friday and took them that day and over the weekend. I seemed to just feel worse and ended up throwing up after most meals.. felt that yucky acid feeling in the throat and stomach. I have not had this for a long time. Do you think it would have been the Digestive ezymes?

I'll get back to your other questions later...I'm racing out the door. But wanted to address the digestive enzyme issue...does the formula you are using contain HCL (hydrochloric acid)...it sounds like it might. Some do and some don't. This is the same acid that resides in your stomach. Many people do well with it, but some already have plenty and react with burning and acid reflux when they take extra.
If your formula does not contain HCL, I would suspect that it was something other than the enzymes...unless the formula contains added ingredients or has fillers in it that you might be reacting to. Digestive enzymes are present in the body naturally and also in foods. They are essential for digestion and most people are lacking in sufficient enzymes unless they're on a raw food diet.
Could you possibly have caught a bug or eaten something that didn't agree with you?

Your advice is always so great. It contains Betaine HCI. Possibly the same thing? Oh well. Who knows. I also lashed out on some meat saturday night and a drop of alcohol so could have been the problem. Ill give it a go and see what happens now.

Personally, I never had any problems doing a Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse at the same time, so you probably won't either. The main thing is just listen to your body. It will tell you if everything is agreeing! The cloves in the parasite cleanse attract the parasites to come out of hiding. Then the Wormwood and Black-Walnut go to work. Be sure and check out the images of parasites on this website so you will know what you are looking for. You may or may not see them---sometimes they may be in your stool. The important thing is to get them out. They are BAD BOYS!
Now the Colon Cleanse you will find most interesting. There again, be very aware and know what you are looking for. Depending on how clean or unclean your colon is will determine how long you should continue your colon cleanse. Read about the different enemas on this website and try those, too. They are very healing. If you can afford colonics, go for it!!
Anyone who can fast during this time of year has my blessings! I know I can't. I counted eight more parties I have to attend, so fasting is NOT an option for me. But, if you can, I will admire you even more!

I know! this is my problem.. i have two important parties or worse, DINNERS to go to this week. I might wait until friday to start.. I am just keen to start... Its always too hard to explain these kind of things to people. Most think your stupid or extreme. It's hard enough convincing the boyfriend that Im not making myself worse! I think ill wait.
I'm still quite unsure what to do. If I fast with the lemon juice drink, whilst using the clay & Psyllium x 2 daily... and then introduce the parasite herb... is this a good way to do it. I have not read the book and am only picking up bitz and bobs from this site.

I posted below with a link to the Ultimate Fast which combines MC, colon and parasite cleanses. There's no problem doing the simultaneously...just make sure that you take the parasite herbs (or any other herbs, supplements or medications) at least an hour before or after you take the p&b shakes.
This can be a pretty strenuous cleanse so It's probably a good idea to wait until after the holidays...especially if you are easily tempted by all the goodies!
