Re: open message to Jim Humble
Hello Jon,
Wow...
I'm busy trying to make yogurt with a small amount of chlorous acid added to see if anaerobic bacteria are unaffected by ClO2.
Let me see if I can run a test on this and see what happens.
Whatever the test results turn out to be, I have to agree with #96341 that this is very poorly written and because of that, there are contradictions. I personally have lost respect for Jim Humbles style of (mis)communication.
I have been involved in other "breakthrough" products and procedures, and each time the documentation was readily shared and it was possible to independently verify what is going on. In a competitive marketplace there is never full disclosure, but when it is for the good of all, I expect nothing less than full disclosure.
On top of that, we are dealing with peoples health. Nowhere in the book is there any discussion about the safety of this product. It is simply stated that it is safe to use. The safety is verified by the large numbers of people that are using it.
Hold on... Don't a lot of those people report having side effect issues...? Perhaps this safety issue needs clarification based on studies and testing, not simply by being told that it is safe.
Keep in mind that I happen to think that it is plausible that this stuff can help in the fight against illness inside the body. However, I have moved from being a Jim Humble and
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol supporter to simply being a supporter of exploring the possibility that ClO2 and chlorous acid may be beneficial.
I recently ran a series of tests for a medical researcher. This person believes that it is plausible that ClO2 and chlorous acid may help a specific medical condition. At the end of the preliminary testing, I turned over my records, which included the materials used for the testing, the test procedures, the results, and I even threw in a couple of general conclusions. This way it is easy to duplicate my tests for verification of my results, and as a stepping stone to further research.
I am doing this to try to understand how this works in the body. This is for my own understanding and I don't work in the medical industry. Yet I do understand testing. It never occurred to me to offer less than 100% full disclosure of my test procedures and results, and to be readily available to answer any questions that come up. The very concept that there is a possibility that someone may suffer less as a result of the testing I performed puts a big smile on my face and gives me a warm feeling in my heart.
I accept the fact that in spite of my careful attention to detail, my tests may be flawed, or my conclusions incorrect, but I freely offer them with full disclosure. I am searching for truth and expect questions to be answered, and test results to be verified.
I am not a formal scientist, but my scientific approach stands head and shoulders above that used by Jim Humble.
