Check the posts above for the garlic tincture 'recipe'. I'll be getting back to you in the wee hours tonight (or tomorrow) with some info about the garlic oil. (I'm totally out of "CZ time" today).
A few quick comments:
--As you probably assumed "odorless garlic" is about as effective as "odorless perfume".
--90 proof'll work for tincture, just be sure to pulverize the garlic for the best efficacy, don't just chop it.
--garlic oil MUST be refrigerated or it'll 'go bad' quickly. I've NEVER heard of 'warming it', but knowing that (it is SAID) that botulism can develop/live in garlic oil, I wouldn't warm it. (but if garlic is an antibacterial, how can there be botulism? I wonder if 'science' "says that" and/or if it's really true...but until I find out, I'd play it safe and not ingest any that's questionable).
