Re: Telman, repost of "bile stones and cholesterol stones"
I been free from stones now for about 6 month but I think that stone counting is a distraction. The main point was that
Liver Flushing restored the biliary function in terms of the gallbladder dynamics and entero-hepatic circulation.
In common with you I have residue of digestive type problems and am also in the process of determining whether I have a particular food intolerance. Unfortunately my doctor refuses to carry out a celiac test.
It is well known that any
food intolerance can disturb the liver function and result in biliary sludge and gallstones. It can also be responsible for causing spinal disk bulges and a host of other signs (mild symptoms) that mimic other conditions. Two problems I see with with celiac is that:
It effects different parts of the small intestines in different people resulting in mineral mal-absorption in some, protein or carbohydrate mal-absorption in others, and/or combination. Consequently symptoms can be very individual. Secondly there is often another induced intolerance present most commonly carbohydrate.
It has recently been discovered that effects can even be detected in the colon gluten is known to cause problems with the ileocecal valve.
It isn't easy to eliminate gluten and it may also be necessary to eliminate lactic although this can reintroduced later. Gluten appears in so many products as you probably have discovered; even toothpaste can contain it.
Yes I have read that it can take up to two years to reverse the effects of gluten intolerance but most people respond in two to six months.
10% of people don't recover because they are ingesting gluten from somewhere, are lactic intolerance, have another food intolerance, have poor pancreatic function (may need to enzymes), have colitis (accompanies celiac), have co-existing IBS or persistent complication.
Celiacs are often worse in periods of high levels of airborne grass pollen; hay fever. They often feel better in winter.
Please forgive errors, I haven't much time this morning.
