Between meals w ES at mealtime is how I did things at first. Worked well 4 me!
There are a lot of diff recipes for the drink on this forum. What works is very individual.
What I was concerned about was whether you had way too much pickling lime, and therefore drink was pretty chalky tasting, or way too much vinegar and it was real tart/sour.
Either of these ,rather than a happy medium, compounds some problems instead of correcting them. You could think of it as being like the air gas mixture in a carburetor. Mix can be too much one way or the other or just right. Which takes MORE or LESS of the ingredients, heh, heh, heh!
You can keep it real thick or dilute to yr heart's desire. Again, use MORE or LESS water as it best serves you! I have done both at various times. If away from home, I premix without diluting for ease of transport.
Have U done research here re: value and purpose of each ingredient? That will help you determine what is best for your needs. This is a self-education, self-empowerment forum. Tougher than relying on other's formulas, but way better in the long run!
