Re: ACV vs lemon juice

Hi Di,

This site, like you said it is, sure is an interesting site, and thanks for your reply.

I cold not tolerate Braggs or Spectrum raw organic ACV and I kind of frown on trying to tolerate it again. I know you're an O non but I have Help C and possibly a certain strain of bad bacteria that may be the reason why I've had trouble with raw ACV before. I had the same problem from home made water kefir (made from kefir grains, pure water, honey, raisins, fennel seeds, etc.

Been looking for a natural cal/mag source. I hate taking all the fillers in them. I was making my own calcium citrate capsules with a capsule machine, and was thinking of doing the same with Mg Citrate powder, but now I don't have to Re: ML drink.

I do seem to tolerate molasses OK, and it is a neutral for type O non (the only sweetener that is not an avoid).

PS : How about the RO water? I have a distiller which I can and will start to use again, but should I pour away the Lime RO water in the meantime?

Does/can ML drink cause loose bowels and/or Herx if someone drinks too much at first?

You can call me Joe if you want to. :) I'm not trying to fire up a long distance affair with anyone.

Joe
