One thing I do wonder based on yr post: Are you balancing the alkaline and acids well? Using just enough acid [ACV or lemon] to eliminate the chalkiness of yr drink?
I don't know if I am or how to do this. I make it per the instructions copied from here and have saved on my PC. It tastes sweet/sour and kind of good to me. Can I add water to it or would that screw it up? Is it supposed to be taken like a syrup?
Also, are U taking with meals or between meals? Especially at first, I could not handle it with a meal.
I take it between meals. I'm going to start taking a tad of ES in water with meals though, per ML.
