Re: Organic ACV vs "distilled vinegar"

I can't tolerate live ACV - any brand. After about 3 days of taking it, I used to feel spacey. It's an O avoid food too (which is a better reason to avoid it). I used to tolerate distilled white vinegar OK (or at least I tolerated it - if has no live yeasts) but I no longer use it (ER4YT and lower pH because of UT).

I got some Pickling Lime and BSM. I added 1 tbs of the lime to 1 gallon of reverse osmosis water - it tastes weird. Is this water OK in a pinch? It took the pH up to 7.6 or so.

I made some of the ML drink. What happens if someone drinks too much ML drink too fast? Does it cause loose stools at all?

I like the BSM in lemon juice and noticed that BSM has quite a bit of cal/mag in it, not to mention iron (which I can probably use). Is BSM and lime water enough to take the place of cal/mag supps, or in addition to cal/mag supps?
