Thanks for your message. It is really interesting. (Just wish I could understand the mathematics involved!) :)

What do you think about allowing a break for your body to adjust in between dosages. I often wonder if the body will get lazy if we keep taking something that is supporting it and by going "off" something like Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will keep it on guard all the time?
