Not really- this company is using Sodium chlorite as a solution or a medium and adding other non specified stuff..[in patents they can be vague and leave out sensitive infos.. to prevent copycat of the formula...]

Just like some companies are using DMSO to make their products more absorbent by the skin..

My take is that it will be an expensive product with very nasty side effects and mitigated results...
