Re: My story (EDIT)
I don't walk much at all. In fact when fasting, I often prefer complete rest. However I have found that walking increases the weight loss, and have walked and cycled occasionally. Maximum 2 miles walk, 2 miles cycle. Hardly anything really.
If I do any form of extended exercise, I find I feel feint quite easily (take note texxassprincess!), and also my legs / body aches. It feels as if I am trying to suck energy from my body through a narrow straw.
After any exercise I get very tired, and sometimes sleep.
As I am losing weight at a sufficient rate, I don't prioritise exercising on fasts at all. However I do see a point in the future at which I will be getting much more exercise naturally, eg on holidays, diving, country walks. But in London, for now, I tend to get more interested in a computer screen than what's outdoors.
(EDIT) I did go on a 15 mile walk recently along a river and mountainside in Brittany, France, but this was between fasts and it felt great, especially with French cuisine before and after it (now THEY know HOW to cook!!!)
