You don't have to cut calories that low to lose weight, and it might actually be bad for you to get so little fat in your diet. Read the Weston Price dietary guidelines here

to get a basic understanding, then peruse the site if you want more detailed information. You don't have to eat like a rabbit to lose weight - just eat traditional, whole foods prepared in the correct way, that's what the Weston Price foundation is really saying. You know it makes sense!
