I will tell it to you nice and simply:

1) Take a multi-vitamin (example: Centrum)
2) Do not eat anything that comes from an animal, or is an animal (this includes milk products and eggs)
3) Do not eat garlic/onions/spicy foods/soy products/chocolate/caffeine/or anything else with a strong odor. (Smelly going in = smelly coming out)
4) Last but not least triple or quadruple your water intake. (Squeeze a lemon once in a while)
***REMEMBER***FOLLOW THIS FOR 4 MONTHS, stop searching for answers, and then come back in 4 months with good news.
