Re: My niece being treated for MS!! Help!

I am another of the EX mirena users who has been tested for numerous illnesses, including lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis , ms, many other autoimmune diseases, epilepsy, brain tumors and clots! I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my blood but it is not yet damaging my joints. The doctors are still questioning whether I have sjogrens disease and lupus, and continue re-testing every couple of months. I do have fibromyalgia, and I have quite bad depression.
I only had mirena in for 3 months, and had it removed in september last year. All of these illnesses and their symptoms started while I had mirena in. It may be only a coincidence but it seems to be very easy to point the finger at the mirena as the cause. The good thing is that the tests for epilepsy, ms and the other brain issues were all clear.
I pray for your niece and her health. I have unfortunately been unable to work since November last year. I hope your niece does not get as ill.
You have done the right thing in telling her to get it out asap!
She is lucky to have a caring aunt like you.
