I don't have a camera right now to take a picture of my set-up...too bad. Will take a pic once I have a camera.

The tricky part to getting it set up, was having a cupboard big enough (high enough) for the bottle, but small enough that I'm able to heat up a little space. But...god works in mysterious ways...just when I needed this set up...I'm out walking my dog, and on the sidewalk, someone has thrown away a small two door free standing cupboard, the exact right interior height for a gallon jug. I figure, this is a sure sign that em is important for me to brew.

But....brewing at room temp like you do sounds like it works just fine....thanks for checking with scd...let us know what they say.
