I don't understand why people ferment the brews, other than for economical reasons and adding different stuff. I think it takes an expert brewer to get the same potentcy as the mother culture of EM, otherwise it's all just really diluted and not as good. But any feedback is definitely good.

Any way. I just started consuming EM myself. Today was my third day on it. And I've been consuming half a cup a day spread out over 2 doses. So far, I think I've noticed VERY small effects like bumps on tongue swelling down (supposedly they're supposed to represent inflammation inside the body) and my tongue sometimes isn't as white, and slightly more clear-headed (not as much brain fog). But I'll have to continue to verify, which I plan on doing.
