Good for you, Hanna! It sounds as though your body is shifting and losing inches?
I'm only on my fourth day, but I do find it difficult between 2 and 4. Today, I went to the farm to pick up our organic fruits, veggies and milk. Those yummy raspberries saved my day! I don't usually eat blueberries (although I know they are supposed to be terrific for the bod) but I tried them and they are also very delicious so I will be munching on them; we got peaches and two types of plums so we don't have to worry about what to eat through the day.
I find it very easy to stick to raw things through the day now, so that is one good, major step.
Do you think that you are hungrier earlier because you have eaten less through the day?
