See humble suffering oldtimers disease, maybe does not know that technology changes, advances and has better understanding of treatments, ascorbic (concentrated vitamin C) is something that has great benefits in food processing, and following a chain management system of use with ASC and ClO2 you find you leave the oldtimers behind.

it is the mainly the aquatic aspect that puts it in the following.
Chlorine dioxide is well established to be harmful to all forms of life. Ranked in the USA as one of the most hazardous compounds (worst 10%) to ecosystems.

But on the other foot,hand I use my product in prawn farm rearing, fish farms in the raceway's to stop fin rot and the transport of live fish..

With the ascorbic, it plays a good part in hindering browning.
I had a customer that needed a 10 day shelf life to get supermarket contact,
6 months later offered another state again but need 12 days for their product customer customer and supermarket chain over the moon, I get 14/15 days. This is due to treatments prior doing maintenance with ClO2 and last process id sodium cloyses ll
