interestingly enough, when i was 16 and trying to gain weight- i would eat like this, but it would be three times a day and i was gaining weight super quick.
but it was on an eat everything in sight kind of diet, three times a day...but before that i was eating like on a warrior diet and i didn't gain a pound i must have done this for months before i switched it up to 3xaday back then and i even took high calorie weight gainers.

now i ONLY eat once a day! except on occassions where there is a bar-b-q,where i stuff myself crazy.But the same rules apply,eat in sequence- an no excessivy
charred or bar-b-q'ed foods..hhmmmmm, BAR-B-Q!

i don't really know how the diet would effect other types of metabolisms ,because i didn't really get to hear any feedback from anyone else on this diet..ever.
and being a natural ectomoprh, i don't gain weight anyways..so it's hard for me to tell the results of others.Other then changing up the nutrient ratios,say a person that would be on the endomorhic side- they chubby, gain weight quickly types- i would naturally say to eat less carbs and more proteins and veggies, if wanting to either maintain or lose weight ,especially loose weight if that is the goal- and to definetly eat some raw veggies and low glycemic fruits during the undereating phase.

and for someone of the mesomorphic metabolism-natural muscular type- i'd say alot of everything as much as they wanted, because they tend to metabolize everything easily anyways and it gets 'turned to muscle' anyways.

and for the naturally ectomorph, i would say to eat ALOT of everything- but to either eat them in larger phases or eat alot of fruits and veggies beforehand and then wait a little bit then eat your proteins then carbs.I know that being an ectomorph all my life , i have always had a bad problem with digestion and utilization of the nutrients that i eat- so i experimented with eating more and more
salads,veggies,fruits beforehand...my digestion improved dramaticly and i could eat even more without too much if any indigestion. i could eat eat as much as i can from any group.

i can put down a tremendous ammount of food now...who knows where it all goes...hmmm,
it's like a mystery or something..

as far as eating raw, i was eating mainly rare/raw meats/veggies and very little carbs for a time and i was the most muscular and toned- but i was also the most aggressive and assertive,which i can be terribly anyways

what i noticed the most improved on the rare/raw diet was my skin tone and complexion- i was soo tight and clear, i still am now- but it was really really clear
and i looked the healthiest i ever been.i only stopped because of fear of parasites and bugs..but i am learning about clearing those fears!
