cool! it has it's own forum!!!

this is pretty awesome indeed! an entire forum dedicated towards the Warrior Diet!
well, i'll be the first thread-
what are everyones experiances with the Warrior diet and how has it evolved for you-IF it has that is..
i am continuing with the Warrior diet for almost 4 years and counting!
people at work always wonder how come i never eat during lunch, what's my 'secret',
am i bulemic or anorexic (eventhough i am obviously have some level of muscular
development and at a healthy weight!) and the people that DO see me eat wonder how i can put soo much food down and stay soo slender and fit..they wonder where all the food goes, and waitresses eyes bug out on my order! it's like they can't believe i can eat soo much without guilt.i have been doing very well on this routine and it works great for me,if i wanted to- i could most likely fast/eat very lightly for a few days before i feasted,if i ever felt like it.I wake up,work for 10-11 hours at a garage ,working on cars, preping, detailing, cleaning, washing them..lots of running around all day long..then i come home and i feast to my hearts content.i am stuffed in about three hours (including cooking time)
My BMs have improved dramaticly after going back full on into the diet once again and gorging myself- i have a few BM's in the morning as soon as i get up,and then another one after work.I guess all that food, and the bulk of it is helping out evacuating all the wastes out of me
(:
because i am trying to gain some more weight, i am reintroducing more sweets into my diet, albiet 'clean' sweets- natural ice creme, cookies ,brownies, fruit smoothies.
I am also experimenting with intermitent fasting, where i'll fast for a few days and eat very very lightly -then i'll feast for 2 days, with multi-phasing my portions so i can eat more..eat veggies, rest, eat a ton of protein, rest, eat a ton of carbs, rest, dessert. That way i can consume as many calories as i can in a healthy way.
It's hard to gain weight on the warrior diet because you need alot of calories to do so ,and it's hard to do it all in one sitting. So i am gonna try multi-phasing it..it could work, could not..maybe i'd just get fat,but not likely.I still have a speedy metabolism!
