Re: cool! it has it's own forum!!!
Hello!
I have to say that I am very new to the Warrior Diet, but it sounds so interesting. I just got my Russian KettleBell in the mail this week and the catalog they sent with it recommends this diet. At first, I thought it was just another one of those crazy weight-loss diets, but then I read a little bit about it and it started making sense.
I was doing 100% raw earlier this year, but I have dropped to approximately 80% at the end of the school year, since my children eat cooked foods and yes, I am sadly still addicted.
Even when I was eating raw, I would get seriously tired after lunch. So, after reading about the Warrior Diet, I started thinking that it might be best for me, or at least worth a try.
Since there isn't a really great description of this in the forum page yet, and since I am too cheap to buy a book yet, can you give us an idea of what/when you eat during the day, and at what time you usually start the over-eating phase?
I was thinking about snacking on fruits and maybe sipping a superfood drink throughout the day, and then eating a lot between 3pm and 6 pm, then after that maybe nothing but a piece of fruit or superfood drink a few hours before bed.
Many other diets seem to say that it is bad to eat after sunset. Is this so with the warrior? Do you follow any sequence of foods during your over-eating?
Sorry for so many questions.
Thanks,
Tina
