I used to track my ph and found that it was usually quite normal. My box of ph sticks got wet one day and I never got around to buying more. I'd been cleansing and taking sun chlorella, which definitely balances the ph. I haven't gotten all the way healthy so far, but I've come a long way. I generally eat whatever my body agrees with. I always try to keep it healthy though. I don't eat meat, but I do eat dairy peanut butter and rarely eggs. I also try to stay away from sugars and most pre-packaged foods & read labels, even when buying at health food stores. I also drink a good amount of water each day to wash my digestive system clean. I do cheat and eat cake & ice cream on birthdays and have pizza sometimes. I think I have a hormonal reaction when I eat certain foods. Could that cause problems like this?
