UT and cancer.

I've been doing UT a long time, along with other cleansing(colonics, liver fluses, Lemonade Diet , etc), and now have discovered an strange mass in my chest. I've read that people who do this therapy long term don't get cancer, since ut balances the ph and heals most ailments. Now I am worried and really hoping I'm okay. I have to wait 45 days for medical coverage and don't qualify for free medical benefits while I wait. I was further informed that my situation was not an emergency, so I do not qualify for express medical coverage. I've had my chest examined by a doctor, which I may have to pay for out of my pocket, but can't afford to have a mammogram or see a surgeon for a biopsy if necessary. It feels like a tiny and fleshy ant hill with a hard pea on top. Can that just be a swollen mammary gland? Can anybody tell me what tumors usually feel like under the skin?
