Re: --answers-- Consolidation of Understanding.

Yes, I totally agree Moreless. The obession with the processes behind why the PH fluctuates is a mute point and totally academic. There are times where my PH urine and Saliva were in the somewhat acidic range and I felt fantastic, and there are other times where my urine and saliva were in the alkaline range(like the time I had a MacDonald's Big Mac Combo) but I had a nagging headache for 3 days and felt like total c*ap. I know when something works or does not work for me, based on how I feel and the compliments I get weekly from those around me. Measure your saliva and urine regularly for a few weeks to get a average "baseline" urine and saliva reading. Then measure your alkaline or saliva PH once a week, twice a week, or even monthly after doing some alkalizing. Monitor the relationship between how you feel(the most important), what you ate, and how these correspond to your urine and saliva PH readings. This will help you narrow down the foods that may be most alkalizing and compatible with you. Don't get crazy about why something is or isn't unless you plan to write some kind of scientific journal.
