--answers-- Consolidation of Understanding.

Hi GS,

You may be so right about thinking ahead and taking some planned action to solve the problem before it becomes a problem!

As I keep saying, the pH testing is "ONLY" a tool to use to see where you are and where you may be going!

Your pH may drop at the drop of a Hat, just by your Mental Thinking of Negative thoughts!

So, why would it seem strange that it may change over the weekend with different work or environment or foods consummed?

Use the pH testing to learn which foods may cause your body to become too Acidic!

Then "STOP" eating these foods and eat those which may keep your pH up and you feeling better!

Do not become possesed by if your pH is 6.8 one day and 7.4 pH the next day and 6.4 pH the next day!

But "IF" your pH is below 6.4 every day and you are not feeling good, then learn "WHY" you are not feeling good and learn what to do to solve the problem!

By the same token "IF" you are not feeling good and your pH is reading 6.8. then you need to find out why and correct the problem!

Again, the pH testing is "ONLY" a simple tool you may use to learn which foods are causing you to become too Acidic!

Smile Tis your choice.
