Do you digest fats well, Natalia? If you don't, like me, you might have a liver issue underlying the intestinal issue--although it might be a chicken and egg situation.
You have lots of allergies too, which seem to point in the same direction.
When I get a little better, I will try to use sillymarin--extracted from milk thistle--it is the best rebuilder of the liver there is; it's used in very severe cases of liver problems, like alcoholic cirrhosis.
Ah why do I have a weak liver when I never touched wine nor alcohol--Keith Richards, who drank half a bottle of vodka a day for most of his adult life, plus various hard drugs, can still climb on trees at 65?:-D
