colonics Bowel Cleanse the same as enemas but go deeper i have pumpkin seeds that i was going to eat then start having colonics but i wanna go for tests with a good natropth first before i decide whats best for me i know i have very bad leaky gut and its a nightmare because im allergic to alot of foods and cant take suppplements or probotics because i get pain and irritation i know with colonics your suppose to put good flora back but i cant take probotics so that concerns me abit
