yes i have and your right they dont agree wwith my sensitive gut i also get pains in my back when i eat fat and my joits around my knees hurt when i eat the wrong food and pain in my intestines with high fiber and gas burping ect when i do i tried collidail silver other day and it irrated my intestines my smptons real flare round my cycle an di get very tired and see floaters
