Hey b4byfac3, There is no need to get confused...The theory about gland and the cortisol thing is just an opinion. As the saying goes "Opinions are like an a$shole........ everyone has one" :d

So you need to use your intellect and wisdom to make decisions as to what to apply and what not to. Who said that the cortisol therory is the ultimate cure for ec? I don't believe that...It may work for few may not work for others!!!
