Re: Gland Problems

wow muhammed, thats messed up man. i have all the same problems you do including the weight lifting problem. i feel part of that might be genetics but only to a certain extent, i've always been a thin build and typically its much harder for thin peeps to build muscle. i did end up gaining over 4 inches on my arms but it took an insane amount of work, like you i worked out 6 times a week and even went past muscle failure everyday.. didn't see all that much for it.

im not bulking anymore tho, i feel that messed me up pretty bad. protein shakes and overeating will put a beating on the digestive system.

i did find some hemp protein that can easily be digested, takes alright as well.

anyways back to the glands, thanks for the info kartiks. I ordered all kinds of products that will bring my glands back to balance, I just hope it wont take to long because I can't afford to pay that much in supplements each month.

i really hope its a gland problem because that way if the glands are fixed EC will be gone permanently. we will only have to maintain health after the glands are fixed.

maybe thats just wishful thinking tho..
