this is what i said earlier.... excess(chronic) cortisol production causing the adrenal glands to get fatigued causing low cortisol production.


obvisouly doctors are going to give us corticosteroidsw without telling us the dangers. chronic cortisol can alter into a chronic problem... like EC, among other problems because cortisol suppresses the immune system(reduces proinflammatory cytokines) but has the side effect of skin thinning during prolonged use. Skin thinning meaning, u can rip the skin apart.

actually this is nice...
someone posted that a cortisol injection stopped the peeling on the lips temporarily..cortisol stops pro inflammatory cytokines, we know that is the cause(chronic inflamation).

It wasn't applied topically, so maybe the growing skin side effect won't take place. Thats why melatonin can slow EC down.


Has anyone tried a corticoisteroid injection?
