--answer- about urine salt index--

Hi sofia,

The color of the urine is a good indicator of the salt index!

The urine should not become too Yellow or dark colored and stay this way each day, "IF" it does, then your salt index is much to high and you may need to drink much more water to try to Dilute the salt index down, because, "IF" this is allow to stay too high for too long , then this may Lead to a Heart Attack!!!

When I am talking about the Salt index, I am not just talking about the Sodium levels!

Smile Tis your choice.
