My case was for sure of lack of salt index because my urine was totally tasteless, and now that I introduced some sole of Himalayan salt it tastes slightly salty and I feel better and more energetic. How do I know if the salt I'm adding is becoming too much? I try to respect the dosages indicated, but I would like to have a direct feed-back from my body.
