Since I learned about the theory of ph balance, mainly from you, I am being quite rigorous in keeping mineralizing and checking my ph throughout the day, I take many measures and they work fine. But the impression I have is that the state of dehydration I was in (due to lack of sodium) was limiting the ability of my body to use effectively all these beautiful minerals to get rid of the toxins stored. As if the water was necessary for the minerals to raft out of the body those acids stored. This is just a little theory I made up yesterday, that the water contained in the cells is like a vehicle for the minerals to do their job. Do you think there is any truth in this thought?
