I've had my zip up portable far infrared sauna for around 2 years and it works for me but you would be very uncomfortable in such a small sauna and the small seat wouldn't be comfortable for you either.  When I can I will be getting a 2 person wood sauna from www.promolife.com

That's where I bought my portable sauna.  I wouldn't be without a sauna now.  It is great for detox and relaxing.
