Re: Portable FIR Sauna vs. Wooden Sauna Room

John,

I feel I need to set you on the right track, as I was in the same boat last year. Me and my husband looked at so many saunas I feel I was detoxed before I even bought one. First and foremost, don't get the ceramic. I have tried both and they just don't heat up the sauna and penetrate your body like carbon heaters do. The only reason they exist now is because they are dirt cheap to make. Second, I tried the single person saunas out and they get stinky. Plus most of your toxins leave through your head which needs to be IN the sauna to sweat. We found a great company at a home and garden show who has really nice carbon based 2 person saunas for under $2,000 if you can spend a little more I'd do it. We bought ours over 6 months ago and LOVE it. Email with with any questions. The company we got ours from is

ask to speak with Tim and tell him I recommended you - he might give you a deal.

Happy Healing,
Cindy Brooke
