To parasitize the Targets one first must remove Iodine from the food chain. This was done via the fake Wolff Chaikoff study:

After that there are a few more steps, one is changing fertilizer away from sulfur based to oil/carbon based and of course solvents to help the critters hatch inside the target. Heavy metal poisoning will occur on its own without Iodine and the ADA can help that along...
