i think you could have handled it a little differently. most people with questions dont make emphatic statements. your experience is a product of you, same as everyone else. the people and product at utopia are top-o-the-line.

as for your question on usage and dosage, there is a way to narrow down your reading. click on the "R" buttons at the top of the page. those are the cream of the crop for the most part. this forum has been a bit of a bastard child, lacking an interested global mod and not haveing a forum mod at least until recently. this means the description and such are lacking as well(last time i checked).

CS kills bacteria, mold, fungus and viruses. that should tell you a lot right there. it also is an enlivener in that it oxygenates and increases electricity flow. it corrects tissue damage, promotes tissue regeneration and is said to have the ability to correct dna damage.

as for dosage, it is dose sensitive - the more you take the better it works. i do not know of a high side as it seems to work before any undue problems have occurred. simply take as much as it takes to work and no more. once the job is done you can stop. i do not do a regular regimen of CS. i see it more as a temporary treatment. others like to supplement regularly. there is a need in the body for some silver, but i think once a year should take care of that. i brush my teeth with it or otherwise encounter it enough to never have to worry about that. stated another way, it is more of an heroic maesure than an essential nutrient. in the days before copper, nickel and zinc money, silver was available to us in our coinage. the rich have had plenty of access in their tableware. its how they got the epithet "blue bloods". a culture bereft of silver is poor indeed.

just remember, CS only works when its wet. internally is not a problem, but externally, i have found a little spray bottle to be indespensable. when taking internally, hold it in the mouth and let it sit under the tongue for at least 6 minutes. this allows sublingual access to the bloodstream and buffering from saliva for when it reaches the usually acidic stomach. a hydrogen peroxide and CS bath is one hell of a nice experience. since you will have a maker, you should definitely avail yourself of the opportunity.
