Let's put your issues to rest if we can!

I don't blame you for being concerned - no one should use a product that might have been tampered with.  Perhaps neither should one stand in judgment bases on a single delivery either- but if that is your only experience, I don't blame you.

As you say, EVERYTHING has a seal, so even though that should have been obvious from the start, the best plan would be to discard the bottle you have and contact Utopia Silver for a refund.  But before you do, you should realize that you will have passed up on the best true colloidal silver available anywhere.

If I may, let me address your other concerns while I'm here:

I have idea where you have purchased colloidal silver from before, but true colloidal silver is exactly the color you describe.  Ionic silver is normally clear, and so is a lot of junk products that try to pass themselves off as colloidal silver.   So if you have been getting the inferior cleqr products and suddenly you get a true colloidal silver, rust color and all, again I can understand your concern.  The first time I saw it, I kind of went "uck", but then found it actually tastes quite pleasant AND it is the real item.
